Springtime is a time of renewal and freshness, whether it’s flowers, a quick rain shower or something unique and different.

Dollywood Entertainment is certainly prepared for a great Flower & Food Festival, as performances of “Bloom!” will captivate audiences four times a day in the Adventures in Imagination area. “Bloom!” is a theatrical performance piece visualized by ground breaking Australian director Phillip Gleeson. The show features original music, deft athletic skill and whimsical performance choices. It is a celebration of the ephemeral and nature of life. Each actor transforms from a ground worker, to a cocoon to, finally, a flower. The costumes are designed to represent three different flowers native to the Smoky Mountains – turk’s cap lily, crimson bee balm and passion flower. Unique, indeed!

The Back Porch Theater will feature a cast of four vocalists and five musicians in “Brighter Day,” a show which shares messages of hope and faith. Each performance will delight audiences with high-energy covers of songs by Francesca Battistelli, Stevie Wonder, Zach Williams and more – giving Dollywood guests to a “Brighter Day.”

Finally, that delightful sibling quartet from North Carolina – The Hall Sisters – returns to the front of the Robert F. Thomas Chapel with stories, music and wholesome fun. Their positivity and bright personalities have made this group a favorite of Dollywood guests for three years running. They each sing, play an instrument and live life to the fullest.

Entertainment blooms this spring at Dollywood!
