How 2023 Refillable Mugs Work

Just like previous years, there are two Refillable Mug options available: the Daily Refill Mug and the All-Season Refill Mug. How many times you plan on visiting the park this season will largely influence your decision on which mug to purchase. 

Daily Refill Mugs

The One-Day Unlimited Refills Mug allows guests FREE refills on the day of redemption, then $1.99 (plus tax) for fountain refills and $2.99 (plus tax) for frozen refills throughout the 2023 season. This is the perfect option for guests who are visiting the park once, or only a few times year. Daily Refill Mugs are sold for $16.99 (plus tax) for a single mug and decrease in price with the purchase of multiples: buy two for $13.99 (plus tax) or three or more for $10.99 (plus tax).

For Daily Refill Mugs, a separate Drink All Day wristband allows all-day free refills and can be purchased for $6.99 (plus tax) for returning guests. This is the perfect option for anyone who plans to spend more than that value on refills.

All-Season Mugs

For the seasoned Dollywood guest who plans to frequent the park this year, the 2023 All-Season Unlimited Refills Mug is your best bet. This mug allows unlimited FREE refills of fountain drinks at Dollywood, Dollywood’s Splash Country AND Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa throughout the entire 2023 operating season. Frozen drink refills can be purchased for $2.99 (plus tax). All-Season Refill Mugs are sold for $31.99 (plus tax).

Forever Mugs

For a limited time, guests were able to buy a tumbler at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa for a lifetime of free fountain refills. These are no longer available for purchase; for those with the Forever Mug, refills are still honored.

Other Mugs

If you have mugs from previous years (anything that doesn’t look like one of the above), these can be filled for $3.99 per fountain refill.

Where to Purchase Daily or All-Season Mugs

You can buy these mugs as Add-Ons when purchasing Dollywood tickets online, or at various dining locations throughout the park.

These same mugs also can be purchased and used at Dollywood’s Splash Country.
