General Groups

Theme park and water park reservations made at least 2 weeks in advance receive:

• 1 free ticket with every 15 admissions purchased at our regular group rate
• 1 free ticket for bus driver when CDL license is presented at Groups Booth (Sorry, but van drivers do not qualify.)

All group reservations will enjoy:

Meal Vouchers

• Valid at any dining location on park.
• Available in $8, $10, $12, $15, and $20 amounts.
• Purchase your meal vouchers at least 2 weeks in advance and recieve:
  • 1 free $10 value meal voucher per every 15 meal vouchers purchased.
  • 1 free $10 value meal voucher for bus driver (Sorry, van drivers do not qualify.)

Catered Meals

• Private catered meals in one of our pavilions for groups of 100+.
• Minimum of 100 paid meals is required. Group catered meal reservations must be made and prepaid at least 2 weeks in advance.

For the quickest and best entry experience, prepay at least 2 weeks in advance and have your tickets shipped to you at no additional cost! Distributing tickets to your group in advance will expedite park entrance.

Bus parking is FREE! You will receive parking details with your reservation confirmation.

Dollywood Theme Park Options

Refillable Souvenir Mugs

• $11.10 + tax each.
• Free soft drink refills on day of redemption only.
• Mug allows the purchase of fountain drink refills for $.99 + tax and frozen drinks for $1.99 + tax during the remainder of the current season.
• Mug may be used at Dollywood, Dollywood’s Splash Country and Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort & Spa during the current season.
• Special price requires mug purchase for each group member.
• Mugs must be pre-ordered by contacting Group Sales at (888) 428-6789.

Dollywood & Dollywood's Splash Country will issue a rain check if it is raining when you leave the park and the length of your visit is shortened by the rain. Individual rain checks will be given when one-day admission tickets are presented at any ticket window. Rain checks MUST be obtained before leaving the park. Rain checks will be valid for one-day admission on any operating day in the current operating season.
